I offer sessions for adult individuals and groups, both in person and on the phone.
I co-lead a number of ongoing Learning to Love Yourself groups with my colleague Karen Thompson, Ph.D. of Austin, Texas.
In addition to the above, I offer workshops on a variety of conscious living topics.
